Detox baths are one of my favorite things to do for the past few years. Detox baths are a way to help cleanse your body of harmful toxins that we obtain through our lives by the foods we eat, the products we use and the water we use. Detox baths also are relaxing and can support your body's systems. I am going to share two of my favorite detox bath recipes with you.
Recipe 1
I like to use this recipe when I am feeling sick or have an infection. It always reduces the time that I am feeling sick, it also reduces symptoms almost immediately.
(for standard tub)
Fill your tub with warm water (as hot as you can stand it) then add
Sit in the bath for 25 minutes and drink lots of water while in the bath to avoid dehydration

Fill your tub with warm water (as hot as you can stand it) then add
- 2 cups of baking soda (to neutralize any toxins in your water supply)
- 2 cups of epsom salts
- 2 tablespoons of ginger
- the juice of one fresh lemon
Sit in the bath for 25 minutes and drink lots of water while in the bath to avoid dehydration
Recipe 2
I like this recipe for when I am in need of relaxation and some stress relief. It is really nice when you are overwhelmed and need some refocusing.

Fill your tub with warm water then add
